Reflexology
Reflexology was first recorded in Egypt in 2330BC and has continued to grow. In the treatment we start with a relaxing foot and leg massage followed with pressured thumb walk movements all over the foot which stimulates pressure points on the foot indicating imbalances inside and outside the body. Reflexology is not used to diagnose or cure health disorders, it is used to compliment conditions like asthma, anxiety, cancer treatments, cardiovascular issues, diabetes, headaches, kidney function, PMS and sinusitis. If you feel like you need to relax your whole body and need a new pair of feet then reflexology is the treatment for you.

Ear Candles
Hopi ear candles are a pain free way to draw out impurities and help balance the body back out. A light suction action and the movement of the flame creates a vibration of air in the candle giving a massage like effect on the ear drum. This gives a warm feeling which relieves headaches, tinnitus, glue ear, sinusitis, colds, compacted ear wax, congestion, sore throats, stress, snoring, anxiety and earaches. This helps sleep, concentration and relaxes mind and body. After the ear candles you will have a lymphatic drainage massage on face and scalp to help prolong the benefits of the candles.
